SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of bitter substances from flavedo of citrus fruits, their treatment by lower alkyl ether of jasmonic acid and aging. Then fruits are crushed, and crushed mass is concentrated with preparation of final product. EFFECT: increased stability of base to microbial spoilage.
