SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser coagulation treatment to trabecular tissue and then, transscleral action upon filtration zone with low frequency ultrasonic radiation at 40-44 kHz frequency, exposure time is equal to 2 s with 5 s long pause once a day during 5 min within 5- 10 days. EFFECT: avoided Schlemm's canal obliteration.
