At the bandwidth relation of the ciliary body to the width of scleral roll making 3:2 or 1:1, the coagulates with 30 mcm diameter of maculae are applied on a bottom edge trabecula in number of no more than 20 cauterisations in each quadrant, on an upper edge of trabecula - 2 times more than quantity of cauterisations in each quadrant,. At the bandwidth relation of the ciliary body to the width of scleral roll making 1:2 the coagulates with 30 mcm diameter of maculae are applied on a bottom and top edges of trabecula in chessboard order in number of no more than 60 cauterisations in each quadrant. At the bandwidth relation of the ciliary body to the width of scleral roll making 1:3 or 1:4 the coagulates with 50 mcm diameter of maculae are applied only on a bottom edge of trabecula in number of not more than 50 cauterisations in each quadrant.

EFFECT: decrease of quantity of postoperative complications.
