FIELD: manufacture of rolled different- diameter shots and(or) buckshots. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling out shot blanks made of rod between two planar surfaces, lower surface is stationary; imparting to shot blank by means of upper movable surface circular motion with radius equal to length of circle of rolled shot; simultaneously rerolling shot blank with angular velocity being the same along three coordinate axes. Apparatus for performing the method includes upper disc joined with drive unit and mounted with eccentricity value equal to length of circle of made shot. Eccentricity value may be changed according to predetermined diameter of shot. Upper disc is connected by means of elastic tie rod with stationary base for preventing possibility of disc rotation around its geometry axis. EFFECT: enhanced globularity of shots with simultaneous strengthening of its surface layer. 3 cl, 5 dwg
