FIELD: meteorology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of air environment contamination. Optical biosensor in the air includes: an optical detector and an active component consisting of an immobilized fluorescent cholinesterase complex with a reversible inhibitor – a fluorogenic agent, the fluorescence intensity of which decreases in the presence of an irreversible inhibitor with the formation of an analytical signal – a decrease in the fluorescence intensity of the active component of the biosensor. Active component of the optical biosensor consists of a cholinesterase complex with a reversible inhibitor, the fluorogenic agent – ethidium bromide, immobilized by the sol-gel method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the sensitivity of the optical biosensor to irreversible inhibitors of cholinesterase, as well as in increasing the rate of formation of the analytical signal.
