FIELD: rocketry, applicable in salvaging of solid propellant blocks. SUBSTANCE: in destruction of fastened solid propellant blocks first the bottoms are separated, then the pack is installed on a rotary device and during rotation the pack is cut into small pieces by movement of the crushing head near the open end of the pack. Then, the crushing head is turned so that its cutting end would be in parallel with the inner surface of the body and moved along this surface taking away the remnants of solid propellant. The obtained wet crumb of the pack is used as components for manufacture of water-gel commercial explosive or exterminated. EFFECT: wasteless, ecologically harmless and fire-proof crushing and extermination of fastened solid propellant blocks. 3 cl, 2 dwg
