FIELD: mechanical engineering; handling of harmful materials. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at prevention of contamination of material in container and/or medium by material from container. Device has hollow needle to deliver material into container or taking it out. It has at least one self-sealing diaphragm section made for piercing by needle point and hermetically connected to container hole by means of special fastener. Material transfer device has holder in form for support for needle. Material transfer device hermetic fastener is made in form of seal with bellows-shaped part deformable lengthwise the needle, enclosing the needle and hermetically connected to holder. Diaphragm section is made on seal and is hermetically connected to bellows shaped part. Material transfer device is hermetically connected to container hole through seal. EFFECT: protection of material from contamination by ambient medium and protection of ambient medium from contamination by material when delivering material into and/or taking it out of container. 17 cl, 7 dwg
