SUBSTANCE: method of charging of blast furnace includes multiflow laying of burden materials on furnace top, changing of radius of laying of burden material ridge on furnace top by steps by varying speed of rotation of rotary distributor after charging of preset weight of burden materials at previous step of furnace top. For this purpose, subject for determination are quantity of electricity consumed by drive of rotary distributor for burden material distribution (Q), C; specific consumption of electricity for distribution of one kilogram of burden materials (W), C/kg; and preset weight of charged burden materials, (P), kg. The are calculated by formula P= Q/W. EFFECT: higher productivity of furnace, reduced consumption of coke due to provision of burden profile over furnace top radius required according to process technology. 1 ex
