FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has plunger and drive for reciprocating plunger in vertical plane. Plunger is equipped with needle-type poles arranged at predetermined pitch on lower surface of plunger. Guide is disposed under plunger for moving needle-type poles in vertical plane. Perforated oscillating bed is positioned under guide, with pitch of perforations corresponding to that of needle-type poles. Needle-type poles have size preventing them from coming into contact with perforated bed, when they are in lower position. Belt conveyor under perforated bed is adapted for receiving sieved ground fraction. Apparatus has control system providing vibration of perforated bed by actuating mechanism upon lifting of needle-type poles to predetermined height, with following feeding of basic material onto perforated bed by conveyor. Apparatus of such construction allows any caked bulk material to be loosened and ready product containing ground particles of sizes not exceeding predetermined value to be fed.
