FIELD: forage production; designed for restoration of looseness of caked pelleted forage or raw materials for production of combined feed and also for regrinding of pelleted forage for pellet sizes pecked by poultry. SUBSTANCE: device has crusher chamber located between lower slab installed on flexible supports mounted on base and upper slab hinged to base with inclination towards crusher chamber outlet and for engagement with crankshaft and vibration in vertical plane; loading and unloading appliances located at crusher chamber inlet and outlet, respectively; crankshaft rotation speed governor; and grinding working member which consists of a set of changeable alternating plates of large and small lengths mounted on lower surface of upper slab. whose lower edges of at least a part of sharpened large length plates comes in contact with upper surface of lower slab in vibrations of upper slab in its lower positions. Lower slab is also installed with inclination towards crusher chamber outlet. Base on which lower slab flexible supports are mounted is made for regulation of lower slab angle of inclination. Upper slab front edge is hinged to base above crusher chamber inlet for regulation in height of its hinging place, and upper slab rear part is laid on crankshaft. EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of loosening of any caked loose material with reduced power intensity of loosening process, extended technological potentialities and field of application of device for restoration of looseness of caked pelleted materials due to provision of regulation of crushing conditions of conditioned material and crushing action on it. 1 dwg
