FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying longitudinal opening of the knee joint extensor system. Knee joint cavity revision and kneepan fragments reposition is carried out with bone clamp. Two Kirschner wires are conducted in longitudinal direction so that wire ends protrude outside of the kneepan articulation surface. Flexible force member is introduced upward from the kneepan ligament attachment point in subperiosteal way under the wire ends inside of the kneepan ligament and fastened with spongious cannula-type screw. EFFECT: stable fixation; reduced risk of complications. 4 dwg
