SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base, hit receiver composed of set of three-dimensional members with layers between them, and attachment unit including non-stretchable threads and thread stretching device. Non-stretchable threads are passed through axially aligned openings in three-dimensional members and layers and are fastened with their one end in base and with their other end in thread stretching device on top three-dimensional member.
