FIELD: making rubber powders. SUBSTANCE: method includes loading starting material which is subjected to disintegration in initial zone and then to fine dispersion in subsequent zones performed by means of working members; module unit is rigidly secured; this unit is used for discharge of material separated due to disintegration; then, metal and textile components are separated from this material by means of separators. Cleaned rubber mass is cooled by injection of cooling agent, after which compensating portion of ground rubber is additionally introduced in cleaned rubber mass in the amount of 1.2 to 1.3 of volume of removed components in order to keep resistance to rotation of working members at constant level. Then, total mass is returned through module unit to beginning of subsequent grinding zone for final grinding. During transportation of rubber mass via pneumatic transportation lines, it is cooled down additionally. In case of change in physico-mechanical properties of starting material, module unit is arranged between other adjacent units for control of grinding intensity.
