FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: production of vodka called "Vostochnoprusskaya" (East-Prussian) involves preparation of alcohol-water solution (assortment) bearing in mind production of 40% vodka. Thus obtained "assortment" is thoroughly mixed and, after adjustment its strength, pumped over into pressure tank, wherefrom it is transported to carbon refinement battery. Assortment filtration rate is 40 dal/h with fresh carbon and 30 dal/h with regenerated carbon. Filtered vodka is poured into adjustment tank simultaneously with tartaric acid, ascorbic acid, and sweetener "Sweetly Prima 100/8" dissolved in 40% vodka. Vodka is then thoroughly stirred and its strength checked. When deviation from standard is found, vodka is adjusted in the same tanks by adding extra alcohol or water followed by stirring and rechecking strength. Finished vodka, after control filtration, is bottled with following ingredient concentrations, kg per 1000 dal: tartaric acid 0.1- 0.3, ascorbic acid 0.09-0.15, sweetener 0.1-0.15, high-purity rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking water in amounts providing 40% alcohol concentration. EFFECT: acquired antitoxic property with good organoleptic characteristics. 3 ex
