VODKA "RADA" Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "Rada" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: succinic acid, 0.1; sodium bicarbonate, 0.3; and also, l: milk thistle extract, 0.3; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and corrected potable water, the balance up to 40-% strength. The invention allows to produce vodka with higher organoleptical index and curing properties expressing synergism and strengthening the action of each ingredient. It gives vodka softness and sweet taste, in spite of the fact that succinic acid has bitter-salt taste, and slight taste of cocoa in aroma. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas. 1 ex
