SUBSTANCE: vodka "Baltika-0" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of final product: glycerine, 0.3; sodium bicarbonate, 0.6; and also, l: wine vinegar, 0.25; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and corrected potable water, the balance, up to 40-% strength. Expressing synergism, vodka strengthens action of each ingredient, and it gives vodka mild, pleasant taste typical for vodkas produced from alcohol of higher quality than alcohol of the highest purification, and slight tint of freshness. Glycerine provides maintaining ethers in vodka influencing to taste. and complex of biologically active substances of vinegar and its treating properties.
