FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and potable corrected water. Solution is cleaned by activated carbon by passing it through carbon-cleaning battery. Citric acid and sweetener "Svitli-Prima 100/8" are dissolved in softened water and prepared solution is introduced on mixing into finishing vessel, and then natural product of vegetable origin "Bonifikator AMO-97" is added in vodka. Vodka is thoroughly mixed, filtered and bottled. For preparation of 1000 dal of vodka, ingredients are taken in the following ratio, kg: sweetener "Svitli-Prima 100/8", 0.2-0.3; citric acid, 0.2-0.4; food vegetable additive "Bonifikator-97" of firm "Reino &FIS", France, 0.1-0.2; ethyl rectified alcohol and potable corrected water, in terms of 40-% strength of prepared product. Tannins of "Bonifikator" are enriched vodka and give it crystal transparency, while sweetener "Svitli-Prima 100/8" softens vodka taste and enriches it with readily assimilable sugars.
