FIELD: instrumentation; control and regulation systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer has housing with union, diaphragm connected by rod with middle part of flexible beam fastened by ends of base. Flexible beam is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped with resistance strain gauges located on outer surface. Through holes are made on sides of flexible beam. Through holes perpendicular to longitudinal axis form thickenings outside the zones of mounting of resistance strain gauges. Through slots made in sides of flexible beam in parallel to surface on which resistance strain gauge are mounted form jumper and connect ends of beams. Through hole is made in central part of jumper symmetrically relative to beam cross axis. Sizes of this through hole exceed cross sizes of rod. Rod is partially fitted in jumper hole. EFFECT: increased sensitivity of transducer with provision of required reliability and stability. 1 dwg
