FIELD: metallurgy and chemical industry; device for dissolution of metallic copper. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus includes cylindrical housing, circulating pipe and solution inlet and outlet branch pipes. Device is provided with mixing chamber found in its lower portion; this chamber is used for mixing solution with compressed air; chamber is separated from reaction zone by perforated partition; reaction zone is connected with defoamer through taper drum; defoamer has settling zone formed by protective cylindrical shield, gas exhaust pipes and drain branch pipes located diametrically and used for discharge of clarified solution; these branch pipes enter circulating pipe through drain manifold. EFFECT: intensification of process due to increased air utilization factor; increased extraction of copper; improved quality of copper. 3 dwg
