FIELD: footwear manufacture. SUBSTANCE: cutting-out plate consists of two detachably-jointed parallel half-plates one of which is made of thermoplast and the other, strong material in the form of trough with bead. The latter is made over perimeter so that clearance between bead and half-plate made of thermoplast increases from base upwards. Provision is also made for recovering element which ensures recovery of thermoplast on surface. Said element is represented by plasticizer solution placed between conjugated surfaces of half-plates for plasticizing of thermoplast plate. Trough-shaped half-plate is made of paper-based laminate.
