FIELD: construction engineering; erection of skeleton and non-skeleton buildings mainly on discrete strip foundations. SUBSTANCE: method involves trench excavation, arrangement of foundations for erecting walls which are parts of above-foundation structures; recesses are made on foundation center to receive jacks intended for multiple weighing and leveling of above-foundation structures. Stacks of rigid plates are placed for the time being in slits formed between foundation and above-foundation structure. Jacks are taken away only after current unevenness of foundation displacements due to maximum possible loads is brought to safe level for buildings and after slits between foundation and above-foundation structure are filled with hard material such as concrete. EFFECT: provision for protection of horizontal sections of above-foundation structures of buildings against excessive warping without limiting warping of foundation base. 3 dwg
