FIELD: handling of aggressive gases, mixture and liquids. SUBSTANCE: bellows are placed in housing. Fixed covers of bellows are secured on value heads accommodating suction and discharge valves. First stage discharge valves are connected through main line with second stage suction valve. Bellows are provided with movable hermetically sealed covers. Pistons of hydraulic drive are arranged in hydraulic chambers. Piston diameters are equal to halves of sums of inner and outer diameters of corresponding bellows. Pistons are connected with electric motor through crankshaft. EFFECT: increased service life owing to relieving bellows from pressure drop in spaces. 1 dwg
