FIELD: X-ray investigations with use of low-angle scattered X-ray radiation. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates aid forming radiation beam that includes at least one unit made of diaphragm, radiation absorber and filter installed in front of detector. In correspondence with first and second versions of invention each diaphragm is formed by clearance between plane parallel-plates and each absorber comes in the form of plane-parallel plate whose upper face lies in one plane with lower face of plate forming diaphragm and whose lower face is in one plane with upper face of plate forming diaphragm. Number of slits in filter installed in front of detector realizing dark-field circuit of recording of scattered radiation depends on order of arrangement of diaphragm and absorber in path of radiation and on number of units in aid forming radiation beam. According to third and fourth versions of device aid forming radiation beam is manufactured in the form of plate produced from material absorbing X-ray radiation. In this case each diaphragm is formed by clearance between walls of two circular coaxial cylindrical or conical spaces with bases of different diameter made in plate and absorbers are cylinders or cones mounted inside space with bigger diameter of base coaxially to specified spaces. Filter placed in front of detector presents plate made of material absorbing X-ray radiation with holes intended for transmission of radiation scattered by object of cylindrical or correspondingly conical shape. Plugs in the form of circular cylinders or cones with smaller diameter of base coaxial to holes can be installed in filter depending on order of arrangement of diaphragm and absorber in unit forming radiation beam. Number of holes in filter is equal to number of units forming radiation beam. One radiation detector as minimum per each unit forming radiation beam meant for recording of primary radiation of source can be mounted on filter according to each version. EFFECT: increased efficiency of X-ray diagnostics with use of low-angle scattering thanks to formation of wide assortment of shapes of radiation beam. 16 cl, 8 dwg
