SUBSTANCE: uteromanipulator has casing with retainer, handle, guiding tube, movable tube with hemisphere, and movable bushing with resilient sealing member formed as inflatable collar manufactured from latex or other resilient material. Upon inflation collar acquires the shape of body of rotation, and its volume is sufficient for obturating vagina gap and preventing from loss of pneumoperitoneum.
