FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular casing and ball-shaped thickening having guiding groove adapted to posterior vaginal vault surface. The thickening is placed on the working end of the tubular casing. The tubular casing cavity forms instrumental canal with the guiding groove. The ball-shaped thickening is removable. Removable movable bushing with stopper member of special purpose design is coaxially mounted on the tubular casing. The bushing has coaxial inflatable cuff. The inflatable cuff has external surface adapted to vaginal wall surface. It has the first conic area directed with its narrow part towards the ball-shaped thickening. The second area of the external cuff surface is cylindrical. The third area of the external cuff surface is shaped as a part of mountain-like body or is conic. The first external cuff surface segment length is to some extent longer or equal to the second external cuff surface segment length. The second external cuff surface segment length is to some extent longer or equal to the third external cuff surface segment length. The third segment is connected to the second external cuff surface segment from the side of the non-working end of the tubular casing.
