FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has elongated threaded tubular casing. The thread is used for setting the sleeve in working position and for making connection to tissues. The thread has left-hand or right-hand coiling and is designed as multi-start thread. Thread pitch is not less than 4 mm. Lead angle is not less than 5°C. Threaded tubular casing segment length is not less than 1.2 times as large as external diameter of screw thread.
EFFECT: improved trocar sleeve thread engagement with surrounding tissues; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
