FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has guiding tube having end piece on the working end. The end piece is connected to fixing member by means of detachable connection. The fixing member has external conic screw thread. The first handle is mounted on idle end of the guiding tube and has lateral tongue having convex supporting surface. The lateral tongue is placed near the fixing member. The second handle is mounted on moveable tube end directed towards the first one. The moveable obturator is between the lateral tongue and the second handle. General end piece and fixing member length corresponds to uterine cavity length. The fixing member length at least 1.5 times as long as its cross size.
EFFECT: reliable engagement of manipulator and uterine tissues; reduced risk of uterine wall perforation.
