FIELD: mineral concentration by flotation, particularly, devices for pulp preparation for flotation; applicable in processing of metalliferous raw materials. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vertical cylindrical body with branch pipe secured to body upper part for admission of pulp and pulp distributor installed below pulp admission branch pipe. Installed under pulp distributor is appliance for converting of pulp flow into system of jets. Appliance consists of truncated cone attached with its large base to body and its small base facing downward, and a few circular members of dihedral angle shape in cross-section, with angle vertex facing upward and located at different levels in height. Radius of circular members reduces from top downward. Installed under circular members is system of coaxial cylinders (installed in vertical position and parallel to one another) and provided with inclined members installed in gaps between cylinders and attached alternately in height to cylinder walls and internal surface of body. Attached to lower edges of cylinders are guide circular members of dihedral angle shape in cross-section, with angle vertex facing upward. Installed under guide circular members are appliances in the form of nozzles for supply of flotation reagent in the form of aerosol. Branch pipe for discharge of pulp is secured to body bottom, and branch pipe for discharge of gas is attached to cover. It is possible to use sickle-shaped guide members installed over helical line on ends of cylinders instead of circular guide members. Distributor of pulp flow consists of disc and ring installed under it. Outer radius of ring is larger than radius of disc, and inner radius of ring is smaller than disc radius. EFFECT: optimal conditions for uniform treatment of pulp with reagents and reduced total consumption of reagents. 4 cl, 3 dwg
