FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas turbine plant has gas turbine engine with one or several combustion chambers and outlet device, exhaust gas heat recovery system including thermochemical reactor, heat exchanger-recovery unit with fuel and steam-water sections installed in outlet device. Thermochemical reactor installed in outlet device is connected to outputs of fuel and steam-water sections. Reactor output is connected to combustion chambers. Mass consumption of steam through reactor is found from the claim and it depends on summary mass consumption of fuel through combustion chambers and molecular weights of steam and fuel.
