FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: change-over device has common fixed part 6 with permanent magnets 7, common moving part 10 with permanent magnets 11, and fixed coils 9 with movable cores 8 excited by magnetic forces and connected to respective contact systems 12. With coils connected to power supply their cores excited by magnetic forces start moving in this or that direction depending on direction of current. When electric contact is to be established through contact system 12 of multiple-relay device , current is passed through coil 9' in one direction and through other coils 9, in reverse direction. With device contacts closed core 8'is repelled by permanent magnet 7' of fixed part 6 and is attracted by permanent magnet 11' of moving part 10 in the course of its displacement. Contact system 12' connected to core 8' may be further used for interconnecting, say, telecommunication line conductors. Remaining cores 8 are attracted by fixed permanent magnets 7 and do not move though part 10 is moving from fixed part 6 under the action of repulsive force acting between cores 8 and magnets 11.
