SUBSTANCE: the debit card for use in equipment for rendering paid services is made in the form of a printed circuit board on a paper or some other carrier. At least one active location is positioned on the above printed circuit board, representing a thin-film component made in the form of an electric loop. The electric loop represents a spiral, there are at least two jumper interconnecting the spiral turns. The electric loop is made in such way so as to ensure the successive destruction of the above jumper under the action of electric current induced in the loop.
