FIELD: firefighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has continuous metal tray 1 and flexible belt 2 extending along the entire length of tray within it. Belt is made from fireproof material, such as basalt fabric. Transverse size of belt 2 is sufficient for tight embracing of cables 3 so that longitudinal edges 4 and 5 of belt 2 overlap one another in upper part of cables 3. Belt 2 may be attached to tray bottom by means of glue. Transverse size of belt is preferably sufficient for embracing maximum admissible number of cables in tray. Belt 2 may be provided with layer of heat-insulating and fireproof material, such as basalt fiber. This layer is positioned at side of belt 2 adapted for contact with cables 3. EFFECT: increased efficiency in protecting cables from effect of flame of ignition source, reduced production cost and convenient mounting. 8 cl, 5 dwg
