FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises phosphate binder, filler, pigment, surfactant, latex, sodium phosphate, foam suppressor and water-soluble cellulose ether, ratios of components being as follows wt: phosphate binder, 4-18; filler, 2-40; pigment, 0.5-20; surfactant, 0.01-3; latex, 14-18; sodium phosphate, 0.01-5; foam suppressor, 0.01-2; water-soluble cellulose ether, 0.01-3; and water, the balance composition further comprises black preparing by method in amount from 0.1 to 2 wt %. Method comprises stirring amounts of phosphate binder, water, sodium phosphate, filler, pigment, foam suppressor, surfactant and latex, some surfactant in amount from 10 to 40 % of total weight being added after charting pigment. Prior to charging remaining portion of surfactant, mixture is stirred in rotor pulse mixer for time period from 30 to 90 minutes, and after charging latex, water-soluble cellulose ether is added in amount from 0.01 to 3%. If talc is used as filler after it has been added, mixture is kept for period from 3 to 24 hours. Method comprises stirring batched amount of phosphate binder, water, sodium phosphate, filler, pigment, mixture is added in admixture with water and surfactant at 1:1-1.5-0.5 ratio. In this case some surfactant in amount from 10 to 40% of total weight is added after pigment has been added in rotor-pulse mixer for period from 30 to 90 minutes, and after adding latex, water-soluble cellulose ether is further added in amount from 0.01 to 3%.
