FIELD: phase three-dimensional holograms. SUBSTANCE: hologram includes porous silica structure with system of mutually coupled microcavities or pores whose mean radius is less than length of waves of hologram recording and reading radiation, product of photolysis of light sensitive material linked to walls of individual microcavities and spatially distributed in accordance with recorded interference picture and solid clear polymer material filling microcavities and characterized by local changes of refractive index which are spatially modulated in correspondence with recorded interference picture. Products of photolysis are modifier of polymerization of composition to be polymerized which transmutes as result of polymerization to polymer material filling microcavities. EFFECT: realization of volume phase hologram characterized by raised values of diffraction efficiency, reduced losses due to scattering. 19 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
