FIELD: manufacture of precision reflectors from polymeric composite materials for on-board antennas of millimeter-wave band of space vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in separate hot molding of the rear and reflecting skins made of layers of fibrous filler on a mandrel, the rear and reflecting skins are connected through a cell filler and curing, hot molding of the rear and reflecting skins made of layers of carbofibrous filler, preliminarily impregnated with organic binder, is a accomplished on an intermediate mandrel under pressure, each of the skins is subjected to at a temperature above the temperature of hot molding without any use of pressure, then the reflecting skin is put on a finishing precision mandrel, after that the cell filler is put on the reflecting skin through an adhesive compound, and the rear skin through an adhesive compound is put on the surface of the cell filler, after that a complete fit of the reflecting skin to the working surface of the finishing precision mandrel is ensured with the use of pressure on the rear skin, and cold curing of the laminated antenna reflector at the same pressure is carried out.
