SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacture of electricity conducting junction between two or more conducting structures 2, 4 at least one of them being connected to substrate 3 to form composite conducting system. At least one composite conducting system has holes 6 in vicinity of contacting points between conducting structures; connections are made near these holes by introducing heat energy or electricity conducting material. Conducting junctions between several conducting structures made by this method are easy to manufacture and provide for preventing damage even to temperature-sensitive thermoplastic substrates.
