SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for obtaining a mass culture of symbiotic bacteria Xenorhabdus of entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernematidae, including the preparation of a pure culture of symbiotic bacteria and their cultivation on a nutrient medium used for the reproduction of nematode-bacterial complexes and containing egg powder - 6.4%; unrefined sunflower oil - 4.9%; soy flour - 11.6%; brewer's yeast - 0.7%; salt - 0.3%; water - 62.7%; foam rubber - 13.4%; moreover, the nutrient medium is additionally diluted with tap water in a ratio of 12%: 88%.
EFFECT: increased yield of culture of entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernematidae and their invasive activity against test insects in the presence of symbiont bacteria.
