FIELD: clinical hematology. SUBSTANCE: excised spleen is decapsulated, divided into 1x2x5-cm fragments and placed in conserving solution, and held there at 1-2 C for 2 days. Fragments are then decreased to those with 3 mm in diameter and introduced in amount 50-60 ml through guide into pocket formed by transverse abdominal muscle and strand of greater omentum on feeding stem. Method is suitable for arresting immunodepression. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
