FIELD: neurology and neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: spatial position of patient is preliminarily changed from orthostasis to antiorthostasis. If one observes pathological symptomatic regress in patient's position of head below level of legs by 30-45 deg., intratympanical streptomycin is administered on the side opposite to maximally expressed symptomatic. Injection is performed 2 times a week during 1 to 2 weeks in doses 0.5 to 1 g. If necessary, treatment course is repeated but no sooner than 6 months later. EFFECT: achieved more durable and stable remission or completely regressed symptomatic. 4 ex
