SUBSTANCE: composition includes compressed granules with average size no greater than 3.0 mm, which contain mixture of enalapryl maleate with filler on supporting starch matrix, stearic acid salt, and talk. Composition is prepared by moistening mixture of enalapryl maleate with filler, which is combination of starch, saccharide, and optionally talk using starch glue, after which mixture is subjected to wet granulation, drying, dry granulation, addition of stearic acid salt and talk followed by pressing of mixture.
