FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with rods spring-loaded to oppose mechanical pulses; on one side rods are joined to elastic member made in the form of linear waveguide mechanically joined to roof eave, on other side rod is joined to source of mechanical pulses installed on fastening assembly. Introduction of spring-loaded rods has made it possible to concentrate force pulse coming from source of its disturbance to linear waveguide thereby increasing initial force disturbance amplitude; discrimination of this waveguide from roof eave allows for propagation of forced elastic vibration due to this force disturbance along linear waveguide over greater length compared with prototype.
