LINE OF ACCELERATED COMPOSTING OF SOLID ORGANIC WASTES(VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B09B3/00 C05F17/02

Abstract RU 2271883 C1

FIELD: the invention refers to the field of processing of organic part of solid biological wastes and may be used in municipal economy and also in farm production for express-composting of wastes in cattle breeding and poultry keeping.

SUBSTANCE: the line is fulfilled multi-row and consists of parallel guides installed on the common platform for longitudinal and transversal displacement of fermentation capacities, which are kinematically connected between themselves and with an arrangement for longitudinal displacement. The arrangement for transversal displacement of fermentation capacities is fulfilled in the shape of mobile intermediary platforms which are installed opposite to each other on the face plate parts of the common platform. The arrangement for longitudinal displacement is fulfilled in the shape of a reversible rope drive. As a variant of execution the line is fulfilled multi-row and consists of parallel guides installed on the common platform in the shape of rails on which mobile fermentation capacities kinematically connected between themselves are installed. The guides are mounted in the shape of decks which are placed one over another , the end sections of decks are provided with inclined rail regulated guides, their length exceeds the length of the fermentation capacity and the angle of inclination corresponds with the height of the deck. The arrangement of longitudinal displacement of fermentation capacities is fulfilled in the shape of a reversible rope drive, and the arrangement for transversal displacement of the fermentation capacities is fulfilled in the shape of intermediary platforms which are installed opposite to each other on the face plate parts of the common platform on rail guides and are provided with propulsion drive. The guides for displacement of fermentation capacities of the overlying deck are the lateral walls of the capacities of the underlying deck. The fermentation capacities are provided with mobile heat-insulated lids which are fulfilled with possibility of fixing with forcibly opening bottoms.

EFFECT: allows to accelerate composting and reduce power intensity at receiving end products of high quality.
