Special purpose filter is mounted that has narrow bandwidth with transmission coefficient value at laser radiation wavelength related to that on wavelengths differing from the laser radiation wavelength by 30 nm and more being within the limit of (2-100)•10-4. The device also has recording unit, computer and laser having wavelength greater than 600 nm. The laser has laser radiation makes input into the light guide provided with filter which transmission coefficient value at laser radiation wavelength related to that on wavelengths differing from the laser radiation wavelength by 30 nm and more is equal to or greater than 20. Continuous spectrum light source has transmission filter possessing ratio of transmission coefficient value in spectral bandwidth of 520-590 nm and transmission coefficient value at laser radiation wavelength being equal to or greater than laser radiation wavelength, that is equal to or greater than 5•103.
