SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device for photodynamic therapy with the possibility of simultaneous spectral-fluorescent control of photobleaching of the photosensitizer includes a single fiber-optic system with a diameter of 1.8 mm, consisting of an optical fiber with a diameter of 600 mcm for delivering laser radiation to the surface of the biological tissue and three optical fibers with a diameter of 200 microns each for recording fluorescent radiation and scattered laser radiation, connected to a semiconductor laser with the ability to control the power of laser radiation and a portable spectrometer with a built-in optical filter for recording in one dynamic range of scattered laser radiation, endogenous and exogenous fluorescence of biological tissues excited during photodynamic therapy, which is connected to a personal computer, making it possible in the process of laser irradiation to process the recorded spectra in real time and calculate the fluorescence indices of irradiated biological tissues that change during photodynamic therapy.
EFFECT: application of the invention will increase the efficiency of photodynamic therapy by providing the possibility of simultaneous control of the photodynamic therapy process in real time and simplification in operation.
