FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, and more particularly to devices for spectral-fluorescent investigation of the content of exogenous fluorochromes (in particular fluorescent preparations, for example photosensitizers) in biological tissues, in particular in the organs and tissues of experimental animals in the study of pharmacokinetics and biodistribution. Device for spectral-fluorescence investigation of the content of exogenous fluorochromes includes a light source for excitation of fluorescence, spectral-selective device, optical system for transmission of exciting radiation to the object under study and transmission of fluorescence radiation to the input of a spectral-selective device, a matrix photodetector at the output of a spectral-selective device with a signal output and a control input, a system for recording the signal of a photodetector including an analog-to-digital converter and a personal computer. Also, the device comprises a buffer memory unit, two two-input comparators, a high-level reference set-up and a reference level selector, an accumulation time control unit, a two-input accumulation correction unit.
EFFECT: expanded dynamic range of measurements of the intensity of fluorescence of the device for spectral-fluorescence investigation of the content of fluorochromes is achieved.
