The tampon is made of the compressed fibrous material and has the external surface supplied, at least, with partially spiral condensed longitudinal flutes (42). Besides, the invention includes a method and the equipment for manufacturing of the specified tampon.
EFFECT: significant decrease of leakage after tampon application.
