FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention car be used in mechanical part of freight car brake rigging. Proposed fixed holder has upper and lower stiffening ribs rigidly coupling support surface whose middle part is provided with slot for mounting hanger of this holder. Support surface and stiffening ribs are connected with faces of four-sided slot designer for mounting the holder on brake beam. Fixed holder is rigidly coupled with at least one stop made in form of plate or rod and designed for limiting turning of holder relative to its hanger. Invention is aimed at precluding fall or limiting of angle of turning of fixed holder with brake beam relative to hanger of holder to prevent contact of brake shoe with wheel and wear of brake shoes with brake released.
