DEVICE FOR FILLING KEGS WITH LIQUID PRODUCT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for automatically filling kegs with beer after washing and blowing out. Device has product feed pipeline, controlled valve, control unit connected with control panel, two filling heads and two flow controllers with maximum level transmitter whose input is coupled through control unit with filling head and output, with control panel. Device has also carbon dioxide feed pipeline connected with filling head, controlled valve installed in this pipeline and coupled with control unit and washing agent feed pipeline connected through shutoff valves and accessories to product feed pipeline. Filling head has output channel connected with flow controller through branch pipe with controlled valve. Control panel is program controlled. Device has also pipeline to deliver air to control unit and controlled valves which are made, respectively, in form of pneumatic distributor and pneumatic valves. Device has cup with t-pipe to drain excess product, stopper for washing the device and rollers for fitting the kegs. EFFECT: provision of washing and drying both kegs and device. 6 cl, 4 dwg
