SUBSTANCE: container glass comprises, wt %: SiO2, 65- 73.4; Al2O3, 1.1-5.5; Fe2O3, 0.2-2.5; Na2O 10 - 14; K2O, 0.03-0.035; CaO, 8-13; MgO, 0.06- 1.2; TiO2, 0.04-1.4; Cr2O3, 0.10-0.5; SO3, 0.7-0.5; BaO, 0.01-0.1; MnO, 0.01- 1.25; and P2O5, 0.01-0.1. EFFECT: higher physico-chemical and physico-mechanical properties of container glass, reduced labor expenditure and lower power consumption, improved quality of products and wider range of raw materials used in glass industry. 2 tbl
