FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: device has feed and take-in drums intended for arrangement of section of spiral, pulse generator intended for electric connection with the aid of mentioned drums with section of drum, capacitor, amplitude detector, indicator and measurement coil whose outputs are linked to capacitor and to amplitude detector. Device is fitted with comparator, additional capacitor, additional amplitude detector and measurement coil whose outputs are connected to additional capacitor and additional amplitude detector. Coils together with capacitors form oscillatory circuits tuned to frequency of pulse generator. Outputs of detectors are connected to comparator and output of the latter is connected to indicator. EFFECT: increased timeliness and authenticity of test on automatic lines for manufacture of spirals. 1 dwg
